An artful shirt dress, made from 100% certified Fairtrade lightweight organic cotton voile. The Patti Dress has a relaxed fit and midi length, and comes with a tie belt for cinching in at the waist. It features a stand collar and set-in shoulder with gathers through the sleeve, and has inseam pockets. Fastens through the front and at the cuff with agoya shell buttons. Crafted in Kowtow's classic Monochrome Check.

— Organic cotton is a natural, biodegradable and renewable resource grown from non-genetically modified seeds, without harmful chemicals. It requires less water to grow than conventional cotton, and is rain-fed, hand-picked and processed using Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) allowed inks and dyes.
— All of Kowtow garments are certified by FLO and made in a traceable supply chain, which works with Fairtrade certified farmers and manufacturers from seed to garment.
— Fastened with nickel-free metal tacks, which can be taken back and repurposed into new materials at the end of their life.
