This synergistic blend unites the heart-nourishing power of Hawthorn leaf, flower and berry with the immune wisdom of Astragalus and Elderberry, rounded by the warmth of Cinnamon, Ginger and Rose.

Herbal Medicine Insight

Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) – A revered cardiotonic and energetic heart remedy, Hawthorn strengthens the heart muscle and supports healthy circulation while traditionally used to mend and fortify the emotional heart during periods of grief and transition.

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) – Rich in anthocyanins and vitamin C, Elderberry supports immune defence and reduces oxidative stress. Its restorative nature helps build resilience during depletion.

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) – An adaptogenic immune tonic long used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to enhance vitality and endurance, protecting both body and spirit from fatigue and immune weakness.
