Refund policy

To request a return and refund, or to process an exchange, please read the conditions below and email hello@greenhorse.com.au before returning your item(s).

Green Horse is happy to accept returns and exchanges on most items for a period of 14 days from the date of shipment. Goods must be returned to us in original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact. A refund or exchange will be offered on all full priced items, subject to inspection.

* This applies to online orders only. Any purchases made instore can only be returned for an exchange or credit note. 

Refunds will be issued via the same method used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to clear. This will allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the product/s, follow-up with the relevant supplier/s and for funds to be processed. In most cases, this will be completed in less than 10 days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty.

There are no refunds on sale or discounted items or purchases made with a sale promo code. Perishable goods such as food, all cosmetics and skincare, as well as gift cards or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept the return of products that are intimate, such as underwear or swimwear.

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Green Horse assumes no responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
