Tiger Platinum coated double edge safety razor blades are made in the Czech Republic in the same factory that previously made Astra double edge blades. Tiger blades are a great blade and now our everyday shaving blade of choice.
Platinum coated blades have many benefits such as:

The edge on platinum blades typically last longer than non platinum plated blades
