Beginning in 2002, Gwen Whiting and Lindsey Boyd spent two years researching and developing the very elixirs they longed for.
The two had met at Cornell University's Fiber Science, Textile and Apparel Management and Design program and moved on to work in product development and retail management in the luxury-brand business.
