Somewhere between a cream and a powder sits Velvet. Our cushion soft eyeshadow with a non-greasy texture. Immediately strong and multidimensional colour that can be used wet or dry.

Wear it alone, layered with other shades, or for creating depth and lining the eyes. Lightly brush it on for a gentle colour wash, or press pigment directly onto lids with fingertips for a stronger look. Can be used wet as a graphic eyeliner.
