Aceto is a balsamic vinegar that sparkles with fruitiness and flows like velvet. It's sweet, sour and made for Goldi the traditional way by one of the best in Modena, Italy. The flavour has hints of sweet cherry, molasses, prunes, rhubarb and woodsmoke. Use this beauty to dress, dip or marinate. A perfect accompaniment to Goldi Smooth and Punchy extra virgin olive oils.
