Mignonette sauce is just as in need of a chic display as your oysters! Maison Balzac's solution is this small saucer and spoon set, made of borosilicate glass colourfully dressed up with their signature pomponette dots. But don't be limited by the name! It will be just as happy to hold your olive oil, salt or secret seasonings.
By the way, here is our favourite mignonette sauce recipe: for 12 oysters (4 people), mix 70ml of red wine vinegar with 1 finely minced shallot and a pinch of salt + grind black pepper. Yum!

Maison Balzac's glassware is hand blown, and as a result slight variances in shape, size and colour may occur. These variances are part of the inherent charm of handmade products, and should not be considered a fault. Any irregularities that may occur will never deter from the overall aesthetic of the product, or hinder its ability to be used as intended.

All orders are processed the next business day and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs include all postage and handling charges as well as any applicable tax.
We prefer to ship our orders via Sendle or Australia Post.

Green Horse offers free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $80.
Free shipping does not apply to returns or International orders.
If you are in close vicinity to our brick and mortar store, you may choose to 'Click & Collect' your online purchase/s from us in-store the next day at 255 High St, Northcote VIC.
