HOW TO USE:

~ SLATHER
Apply liberally to all parts of the body to support your skin and your senses in times of rapid transformation. Use as a massage oil, moisturising oil, or both.
 
~ CLEANSE
Warm three pumps of oil in your hands and massage into the face using small circles and upward strokes. Remove with a warm face washer. Pat dry and follow with your desired skincare regime. 
  
~ BATHE
Add three pumps into warm bathwater alongside 2 - 4 cups of magnesium flakes. Bathe. When you step out, you will feel oil covering your body. Pat dry and apply additional oil to areas that need extra support.
